Villa Casa Brio has four bedrooms luxury private rental villa located next to the Sentosa Villa development at the heart of Bali’s fashionable Seminyak area. Only a 7 minute walk the beach, Casa Brio is also close to famous bars and restaurant such as KuDeTa, The LivingRoom Restaurant, La Lucchiola and Huu Bar.

Casa Brio sits on a 1000 m2 plot of land in a quiet residential road. Designed and furnished by one of Bali’s foremost up and coming young architects, Maria Paiva, Casa Brio has been designed in an international style without forgetting its Balinese roots. Its style represents a fusion of cutting edge contemporary design with established Balinese craftsmanship in stonework, wood and tropical garden design.
Villa Casa Brio Rooms
Casa Brio provides 4 air-conditioned similarly sized bedrooms with different bedding/bathroom configurations:
Bedroom 1; King size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, semi-outdoor bathroom with round greenstone tub set in a private corner of the garden.
Bedroom 2; twin beds (can be set up as one king) large walk-in wardrobe, semi outdoor bathroom.
Bedroom 3; King size bed, indoor bathroom with garden views, large terrace overlooking pool and Balinese temple.
Bedroom 4; twin beds (can be set up as one king), indoor bathroom with garden view.
Additionally Casa Brio’s TV room has a large sofa which can be converted into a double bed, and also has an attached shower room enabling the villa to accommodate 10 people if required.
Living Area
Spacious marble floored lounge with comfortable and cool rattan sofas, designer arm chairs and high timber ceilings in tropical Balinese style, cooled by powerful ceiling fans and natural breezes.
Dining area
An elegant and woody area with an original one piece Suar wood dining table seating 10 persons. A serviced bar counter surrounded by antique Balinese wood carvings, where our staff will make your favourite cocktail.
Audio visual room
A fully air-conditioned multi-purpose room with tranquil garden views. Equipped with a 46” LCD TV, home theatre system and comfortable sofas, this space is ideal for movie screening. May also be used as a study for reading or as a double massage room for in-house spa treatments. The sofa may also be used as a bed for extra sleeping accommodation, if required.
Spa
Massage and spa treatment can be provided on site, in the villa’s bedrooms or TV room (which can be set up as a spa room).
Food and Beverage
- Casa Brio’s in resident chef prepares your choice of breakfast daily freshly served plus any further requirements for lunch or dinner.
- Special request for local Balinese delicacies, Japanese Teppanyaki or barbeques can be accommodated with 24 hours notice
- Specific dietary needs are also catered in advance with the chef
- Larger parties can be catered for with advance notice.
Bale
A large bale at the end of Casa Brio’s magnificent swimming pool is large enough for 8 people to recline comfortably.
Outdoor Dining / Barbeque area
An upstairs, open-air dining area provides barbeque facilities and dining space for 10 persons overlooking the swimming pool and adjacent Balinese temple.

- TV room which may be used as a 5th bedroom.
